• Exfoliate day or night before
• Do not wear any lotion
• Bring bathing suit
• Bring dark clothes to wear after (note - you may not try on clothes after tanning)
• Wear flip flops or sandals after tanning
• Try not to shower or sweat for at least 6 hours after tanning
